They tend to gravitate to battle as the evolving nature of battle has many people looking for advantages. The best of these tend to be bat crazy, or just don't seem to care about much. Some help shinobi and the like either because they feel they owe it to the village, such as the Nara. Others do it because doing so will give them money or access to useful tool for experimentation. A certain line of these genius belong to the Googanheek family. This allows one to make stronger and/or more versatile items based off style points. It also gives access to jutsu that take devices rather than handseals to use. This allows them to create it with more strength and versatility, and with half effort which is actually taking building it rather than questing (half training) Taijutsu; Smithery - This is the study of weapon and armor creation. It also allows for the creation of personal gadgets. Puppetry; Engineering - This allows for the creation of better puppets (of course!) and vehicles, as well as large scale systems, power grids, and siege engines. Ijutsu; Chemistry - The creation of chemical compounds. This includes potions, poisons, and crystals. Any sort of healing potion cannot be made without a least one point in Ijutsu. Ijutsu; Genetics - The study of the body, it allows one to mess with organics. As this isn't using some miracle technique to pull a heal out of the air, these skill cannot be used on the battlefield. This is because it requires large machines, and any actual repair of organic tissue takes a little while. There are a rare few that can be used in battle, but it's more of radical medical work and not at the level of ijutsu. Basic first aid as well as surgery can be done by one with points in this skill, as the knowledge is a given. They also have 10 point of Breakthrough, which are required to have to use their most powerful devices. Rare ones may be spent on a use basis, but must of the time you take the points away when equipping the item. As all Googanheek study biology, they are extremely proficient in modifying and repairing the body. This means even without Ijutsu one can do it, though they are limit to what tools can allow them to do. Despite being scientists, all Googanheek are physically fit. This is either due to physical activity, experimentation, or perhaps even some supernatural force. Either way, they all have a bit of a violent streak in them. It's extremity varies from person to person, ranging from liking to spar to being a sadistic murder. Either way, it's usually not noticeable until they are actually in a physical confrontation. Their physical prowess is 20% better in the fields of strength, speed, stamina and endurance. Having interests in such strange things limits their training as a shinobi though. They cannot use any techniques, besides the basics, of fighting styles they have no points in besides Taijutsu. Special Ability Name: GN Core Requirements: At Creation, Guinevere Googanheek Description: The pinnacle of technology created by one Stephanie Googanheek, Guinevere is the living incarnation of this technology. At the center of her body is a biogtechological GN Core one that's been with her since birth and has grown with her. Additionally she has tiny auxiliary core contained in her left hand. As a result her body produces and extraordinary amount of GN Particles which can be used to power items requiring a GN Drive of her rank or lower. However she can only power items 3 post per rank until S rank at which time her energy is unlimited. These uses can be spread out. The GN particles have the effects noted on the Drives themselves, as noted below; Spoiler GN Drives of any sort have three different effects. The first is to increase the power of any item or item utilizing jutsu that depends on energy (chakra and such) directly. This is by a rank for items (cannot go past S) and half a rank for jutsu though this can't carry past S Kin. Of course the Drive itself has to be connected with either to gain these effects and this doesn't apply to those that specifically require a GN Drive. The particles have a jamming effect which disables communication devices, radar and similar in 1 mile radius for each 5 feet of the object it is powering. This only functions against devices of a lower rank however. The presence of these GN Particles has naturally lead Guinevere to Innovation, making her a born Innovator which gives her the proper traits. Jutsu Total: Jutsus: Spoiler: Basics Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E (Basic) Range: N/A Requirements: None Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E (Basic) Range: N/A Requirements: None Description: Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. It should also be noted that it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E (Basic) Range: 1 Meter Requirements: None Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting hit because you wouldn't have enough time to use it. Bloodline Limits: Spoiler Bloodline Limit Name: The Sage of Six Paths Requirements: Must not have Path Control Description: The first Sage of Sixth Paths was Rikudo, the creator of ninjutsu. He was a man with unparalleled power, able to harness the power of all six paths within himself, able to use every ability the Rinnegan granted him without the use of any machines or chakra receivers. Purely all in one body. The user of this ability can do the same. Bloodline Limit Name: Rinnegan (Sage of Six Paths) Requirements: The Sage of Six Paths Description: The Rinnegan is considered possibly the most powerful Doujutsu in existence. It looks like various rings coming out of the pupil in a sort of bull's eye design, the entire eye being a sort of grayish purple color. Though the full extent of this Doujutsu still remains unclear, a few abilities are known. The first off is it gives the user all 5 basic elements. The second is an increased field of vision (180 degrees). The third is a reduction in the speed of which they see things. Everything will appear 1.5 times slower. The Rinnegan also grants a massive boost to the chakra pool. Bloodline Jutsu: Background: Her past is only know to her and her "aunt", but she is the product of highly experimental cloning technology mixed with research into the mysterious GN Particle. While there where some complications, she recently stabilized enough to be allowed to grow and released from her holding chamber. Thank's to her "aunt's" position as a substitute teacher for both shinobi and less militaristic classes Guinevere was inserted into the shinobi files as a new academy student. At the moment she is trying to become a genin.
