    Description: Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. It should also be noted that it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.

    Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting hit because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

    Description: Starkin have a different sort of chakra network, as it's infused with energies from the heavens. Starlight users have a larger chakra pool, even for Starkin. It's also more potent, meaning techniques will do more damage than they usually do. Though it works similiarly to an element for the starkin, it is also apart of their lifeforce. As such, they cannot lose the ability to use this and this isn't counted against anything that would restrict element use. Adds 30% to Chakra Pool and Effectiveness to using techniques requiring energy.

    Requirements: Gained at Creation, 3 Point Training for Wings
    Description: The special chakra that resides in the body of a Starkin makes it different from normal human, if just a little. This approves all of their physical attributes. This isn't to superhuman state, but rather are as good as humanly possible with having a bloodline that's related to sight or sound. The Starkin body seems to be resilient against natural illness. They also have the power to produce wings of chakra that vary in appearance.

    Description: No only does the influence of this energy physically change them but it does so mentally as well. This allows them to learn anything as if a teacher was present as the heavens subtly influence you during training. However, the human mind can only handle so much knowledge, so they have to lose either Taijutsu, Genjutsu or Ninjutsu permanently lost.

    Description: All starkin have a transcendent bond that allows them to locate each other. If any are within the same country, they can sense the general direction and distance of each other. If they are within fifty miles and known each other well, they know the general health condition and emotions of each other. If within sight, the gain that information regards of how well they know each other as well a sense of skill level (only the rank, nothing about there specialties or weakness). This also allows them to telepathically communicate with each other if they know the particular starkin personally and are within the same village/city.

    Requirements: 3 Point Training, Half Point Quest for S rank
    Description: Within all starkin is the power of creation, and this is shown through their ability to create an item that is unique to them. This item can be just about anything, but is more often than not a weapon of some sort. This item develops abilities naturally as the starkin grows in their own strengths, also changing appearance. It can have any sort of abilities that an artifact item of the highest rank usable by the user can have, these possibly changing at the use obtains ranks.These can be absorbed into the body or a pocketspace that follows the starkin and unless noted otherwise their abilities only apply while they are out. It can also be a set of items, but they most fit your character's theme. It can be destroyed, but will be able to be remade a day later. This item most be made as a Custom Weapon which will be S rank, and linked to your profile.

    Description: The main straightforward combatants of the clan, fighting comes all too naturally to them. A single CS of the Warrior's choice can be used regardless of other ones being used, and it's jutsu take no slots.

    Description: All starkin are naturally good with raw energies, and the Wizards take this to another level by focusing on elements. They gain twice the amount of elements (including doubling the special one) and elemental ninjutsu count as bloodline. They can still only learn one specialty element.

    Description: Many starkin especially Warriors and Commanders have came to a realization that one tool isn't always appropriate for all jobs. No matter how versatile it is. These clan members have created one or more additional Evolving Items. This Talent gives them one (or a set) more. Alternatively it can increase the abilities of their another Evolving Item, such as giving it a transformed stat.


    Name: Twice The Work
    Requirements: N/A
    Description: Many starkin broaden their horizons by learning multiple clan professions. This allows them to take another Profession, ignoring the requirement for Primary. However, if said profession's abilities have affects that would normally be affected by style points (such as the clerics ability to heal), you'll only be able to use them to the rank of whatever combat style would be required.

    Requirements: 4-point kinjutsu training; 3-point kinjutsu training for mastery
    Description: The widely known technique, Byakugan is a doujutsu with an unmatched level of vision. When activated, it allows the user to see in every direction at the same time, with only a small blind spot at some angle above their back. More than that, it allows one to scan wide areas by letting them see through objects and over a distance of up to ten miles. Finally, they can detect chakra even better than the Sharingan, capable of seeing even the chakra circulatory system of living creatures. However, Byakugan does not have the Sharingan's ability to detect and anticipate high-speed movement.

    While the Byakugan only has one stage, the level of power between its general level and that which only a few can achieve is vast. Generally, mastering this doujutsu yields all the same powers to a clan member, with only one tiny difference, which creates a large gap in power as a result. This difference is the ability to see tenketsu, special regulatory points in one's chakra circulatory system. By attacking these points with Jyuuken, the Hyuuga can affect the flow of chakra in their opponent's body without limit. With that said, they cannot be attacked without being able to see them, which is the reason why two Hyuugas of the same average skill level can have entirely different combat power.

    Description: A special technique that utilizes the Hyuuga's ability to freely release chakra through any point on their body, something common shinobi are limited in. As by its name, it releases a moderate amount of chakra in a burst all around them. This can protect them from weaker attacks, though mostly of the physical type, but must be timed well in order to have the desired effect without wasting a lot of chakra.

    Requirements: Starkin
    Description: This is a speed technique, which has two uses. It's primary use is a sudden burst of speed used to travel almost instantly a few feet in any direction. It takes chakra but can be used alot. However, if you use it too many times without a break your physical stamina will wear down faster.
    An advancement of Starstream, Dance of Heavenly Hosts allows you to use it in rapid succession. This technique is performed by bringing chakra into your legs or wings and compressing it. You motions are blurred, making it difficult for you to be targeted. You can even make quick attacks between each movement. The actual chakra use of this move varies, but using A rank chakra allows for about 5-10 Starstreams depending on rank. Using this too much will put a large strain on the body.


    Name: Light Beam / Homing Ray /Sunburst

    Requirements: Starlight
    Description: Modifing the original form of this jutsu, it now uses the light of Starlight for an even greater effect.As the original there's different uses, but must be mastered in it's base form you can move to it's next level. It's next form is learned as a higher ranked jutsu, but takes half the time to learn. Each form require more chakra than the last, although a weaker form can always be used. Due to the lack of it's side effect's potential, it deals more damage then the Dark Beam. Any form of this beam can be charged with additional chakra to improve it's damage. Commanders can have their Puppets use this as well.

    Light Beam - Focusing light into the cannon, a beam of light is then fired. This beam deal good damage and may set things on fire.

    Homing Ray - The upgraded Light Beam fires a volley of fast, mildly-homing spherical projectiles which stay closely together. They can only turn a total of 45 degrees, cannot make sharp turns, and can never turn back once passing a target. A quick turn will get you away from them.

    Sunburst - Using a large amount of chakra, you focus light into a small sphere. Once this sphere hits an enemy, it enlarges into a 15 foot sphere that continues to move slowly before disappearing 3 posts later. This light sphere does a large amount of damage to anything it hits.
    Name: Scourge Of Pleiades
    Type: Ninjutsu

    Requirements: Starkin, Starlight
    Description: After making the appropriate handseals, seven starlike motes of light surround the user. These act as turrets, firing a beam of energy at anyone who approaches offensively. The amount of time these stay depends on how much chakra is used for the jutsu. They disappear after running out of energy, or may be launched at a foes. If the later happens, it explodes on contact with the intended target or any other solid object.


    Name: Hakkeshou Kaiten - Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: A/S
    Range: 1 Meter / 5 Meters
    Requirements: Jyuuken, Chakra Burst, Taijutsu Major or Higher
    Description: Using their ability to release chakra through every opening on their body, the Hyuuga have developed a powerful technique that can be used for both defense and offense. Doing the same as in Chakra Burst, they will spin in one place at a rapid rate using chakra on their feet, thus creating an aspheric barrier of chakra around them. Thanks to the rotation, it can deflect stronger attacks than it normally would be able to, while also requiring a manageable amount of chakra. This technique can block any simple physical attack, any genjutsu if executed in time, and ninjutsu moves equal to or lower in rank than this technique itself, deflecting them away from the Hyuuga instead of destroying them.

    In case if Kaiten is broken, depending on the jutsu that was used against it, it may cause an explosion of chakra, in which case the Hyuuga and everything close to the broken technique's borders suffers some minor damage, in addition to other results of their actions. While it isn't very powerful, this barrier of chakra also has a damage output, since it acts like a solid spinning barrier for physical objects.


    Name: Hakke Sanjuunishou - Eight Divination Signs, Thirty-Two Palms of the Hand/Hakke Rokujuuyounshou - Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand/Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou - Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand

    Requirements: Jyuuken, at least A-Rank, Ninjutsu Major or Higher
    Description: A powerful taijutsu technique of the Hyuuga clan, it uses chakra to greatly increase the speed of attacks executed by someone, in addition to the common Jyuuken technique. It has three levels and two variations, the first being attacking someone with open palms and the second being striking them precisely with two fingers, which allows one to affect tenketsu. Of course, the second variation is impossible to properly pull off without the ability to see said points, and while it deals less damage generally, it is more potent in battle. This technique allows one to quickly assault anyone within the "divination field", which is ten, fifteen and twenty feet for the first, second and third levels respectively. This technique is basically an insane combo consisting of several stages. The first stage is two strikes, the second stage is four, the third is eight, the fourth is sixteen.

    The fifth stage, which is also the final stage for the first level of this technique, consists of thirty-two strikes, the sixth, being the last for second level, of sixty-four and the seventh, which is the highest stage for the master level, of one hundred and twenty-eight; these three numbers are how the technique got its name. This makes for a total of sixty-two, one hundred twenty-six and two hundred fifty-four strikes at the first, second and final levels respectively. As the combo progresses, the speed at which attacks are executed increases as well, the time frame for each following stage being just a tiny margin longer than for the previous one while the number of blows doubles. Naturally, while the attack's speed is great, the power behind each blow is quite low. However, because of the Jyuuken, the lack of physical damage dealt by the blows themselves doesn't matter. This move only affects the chakra point and not the organs attached to such points.

    Background: Having been born a child of two of the most prestigious shinobi clans to originate in Konohagakure, he's had a lot of unspoken pressure on him as a budding shinobi. He approached this with a lackadaisical mindset at first, sometimes becoming straight mad at the expectations. He would still training rather diligently despise this, though it was for the sake of being a good shinobi for the sake of the village and not his individual clans. He slowly but surely has became more mature, becoming more respectful of his heritage and eventually become proud and readying himself to become the Emperor of the Starkin.
