    Personality:
    Vaulkor possessed a unique personality for that of a ninja. He does not like to immediately trust people without reason and without proper knowledge of who they are and what they have done. He carefully chooses his friends knowing that if any of them betray him it would be near impossible for him to gain any new friends. Though it may seem that Vaulkor is cowardly instead he is fearless and courageous without a doubt. He would risk his limbs and his life in service of the village. Vaulkor does not usually like to fight since he is a Pacifist he likes to subdue enemies with words rather than fighting, even though he is quite skilled at both.

    He views himself as a strong individual, yet he is humble in displaying his strength over others. He would rather discuss and learn rather than fight and destroy to make compromises and win battles. Vaulkor keeps his arrogance in check even when he assumes that he is strong, there are still stronger ninja out there. Vaulkor believes in the ninja's role as the protectors of the village rather than being a servant or a master of it. He treats everyone with the utmost respect and kindness even if they were weak. One thing is clear though when it comes down to it, Vaulkor has a sense of humor and keeps him optimistic in any given situation. He is always smiling even if he is in a pinch, a rare quality that not all people possess.

    Vaulkor is a person who has quite many views on how things are run and how they are taught. His views reflect his personality as a whole. To begin with, Vaulkor is a very conservative person, believing in the fundamentals of right and wrong compared to others who think there is a gray in black and white. Vaulkor views himself, as a protector of the people, and thus his views are when the people are in jeopardy or when something has been wronged or misgiving to the people of his village he detests that. His views are self-righteous and believe that he is entitled to that.

    Vaulkor has always been a person who does not directly go into a conflict unless he has too; it may be one of his strong points but a weakness as well. Since he does not like to enter conflict and battle much, he is more of a teacher. It has always been a passion of his to teach others, whether it be just Academy students or teaching the future Chunin and Jounin. It gave him a sense of fulfillment; ever since he was a little boy he'd try to teach the others in his classes how to better use their Medical Techniques and Taijutsu. He was always a person that had the capacity to lead rather than follow as a regular ninja. Since the last Hokage died, after garnering support since and becoming Hokage, he has been leading Konohagakure.

    Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

    Description: Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. It should also be noted that it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.

    Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting hit because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

    Description: A very useful technique that dispels or prevents the effects of genjutsu in its early stages. To perform it, the user only needs to hold their hands in a tiger hand seal and channel some chakra into it. A lower-level genjutsu will be dispelled without any harm to the user. This can also be done on someone else, in which case the user must touch them before releasing the technique. However, since it is a low-level ninja skill, there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

    Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

    Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

    Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

    Description: This technique is the very basis of medical ninjutsu as it is. Concentrating chakra to their hands and putting them on the patient, the medical shinobi will heal them. Of course, the body does not just magically restore itself under the effect of their chakra, but they do use their chakra to sew up wounds, heal illness, improve blood flow, negate poison and boost tissue regeneration a lot - in other words, everything that deals with medicine.     Name: Hayabusa Otoshi - Peregrine Falcon Drop
    Type: Taijutsu

    Description: A rather simple move that can only be used under certain conditions. The user will attempt to grab their opponent from behind while the latter are in the air and lock their ankles around their neck, restricting movement to a degree, while also grabbing them with their arms. They will then change position in the air so that the opponent is falling towards the ground head first. The point of this technique is to slam the enemy's head into the ground at a high speed. While quite deadly, this technique is hard to initiate and not that hard to break out of.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Dú Zhìzào Zhě
    Requirements: Hasu Clan, Character Creation
    Description: Those of the Hasu Clan are born with a strange and miraculous poison within their body that is beyond any poisons currently known to man, the clan kekkei genkai. This poison is unique to the Hasu and must be applied for separately, however, the rank and effects of the poison scale with the rank of the shinobi, as to be noted in the application. For an additional six-point training, the Hasu gains a second (at C-Rank) and third (at A-Rank) poison that also scales with the rank of the shinobi for rank and effect, to a maximum of three extra poisons for shinobi. The Hasu is immune to these poisons within his or her own body, The Hasu are also immune to all other poisons up to their rank.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Qīnhélì Zhòngdú
    Requirements: Character Creation, Dú Zhìzào Zhě
    Description: The Hasu clan is deeply rooted in Poison. They were said to be the pioneers when it came to making poison from its early stages. Giving them the natural ability for Shoutaku Release. This bloodline ability, allows a Hasu to gain Shoutaku at creation, along with either Suiton or Doton element. Whichever remains the user has to take as soon as they have an available elemental slot. That is not all; those that are naturally affiliated with Futton; those of this clan, use less chakra when using any element that makes up Shoutaku Element. All Shoutaku element jutsu are bloodline jutsu, as well as Futton. However, there is an increase when using other elements. However, non-elemental techniques remain of the same cost.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Tòngkǔ De Dúyào
    Requirements: Dú Zhìzào Zhě
    Description: The poison makers of the Hasu Clan often use more conventional means to spread their natural poisons, however in the heat of battle this is not a practical way. As such, Hasu has the ability to apply their poison into their saliva, allowing them to transfer poison through spit. The poison can also be transferred via blood as well, considering that the poison they have has seeped into their blood. Meaning that they can use both their saliva and blood in a combative nature.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Wūrǎn Zhě Tiān
    Requirements: Hasu Clan, Ijutsu Minor
    Description: Those of the Hasu clan that are so abnormally affiliated with Poison are of course poison themselves. Each and every jutsu that they use can be poison infused. Meaning that any technique that they use, infuses their poison inflicted blood or chakra and then in turn if an opponent is hit they will also be hit with Hasu Poison.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Jiàndié De Shēntǐ
    Requirements: Taijutsu Major, 5 Point training
    Description: The ancient Hasu, they never specialized the clan one way or another, many different experts of the grand level emerged in the early modern time period. About 3 thousand years ago, is when after the death of all of the main ancestor masters began to change the notion of specialization. Although the clan has never taken a stance one way or the other different techniques breed different masters in the Hasu clan. Those of the Hasu that specialize in external techniques, using force and subtlety have gone through steps since childhood to enable them to become one with their external powers. Thus those that have this bloodline limit, their steps are softened to nothing; like an assassins walk. They emit no smell; because they themselves are cloaked in others scent. Their chakra is cloaked, and they are basically the shadows in the night.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Liànjīn Wàijiā Jì
    Requirements: Dú Zhìzào Zhě, 5 Point Training
    Description: The Hasu clan has learned the fine art of Alchemy over the years, and it has caused Alchemy to become a required ability for those of the Hasu. They have refined their own alchemical skill above the parlor tricks of alchemy seen in the world as of today to a specific form of admixture which focuses upon the poisons which the Hasu is able to give birth to within their bloodstreams. Alchemical Admixture allows the Hasu to weaponize their blood, creating an alchemical poison from their blood's varying poisons (you must choose one when you use this.)

    Bloodline Limit Name: Liànjīn Shūyè
    Requirements: Liànjīn Wàijiā Jì, 3 Point Training
    Description: Those of the Hasu who wish to use an advanced form of the generic alchemy known to the world have learned that they are able to perform greater feats of alchemy than one could imagine. Alchemy Infusions is this ability, allowing the Hasu to infuse a vial or bottle with an alchemical solution created from either a ninjutsu or ijutsu. To do so, the original creator must be of at least ijutsu major for that infusion or ninjutsu major for that infusion. For Ijutsu, the bottle must be taken and fully drunken to obtain the effects of the ijutsu contained within the infusion. For Ninjutsu, the bottle must be broken into a splash to release the ninjutsu contained within the infusion. Any infusions created from a C-Rank or lower jutsu do not require a number of points to complete.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Xià Dú
    Requirements: Liànjīn Shūyè, 5 Point training
    Description: The Hasu are known to be masters of assassination, and know that their strongest method of assassinating a target would be through their venoms. For this reason, the kekkei genkai was developed and eventually mastered through a strange mutation in the early generations of the Hasu clan. Those with envenom are able to use an extra measure in a similar way that alchemical admixture works, requiring them to apply saliva or blood onto a weapon or choice (arrows and bolts for bows and crossbows instead of the weapon) in order to instill the poison into the weapon. From that point on, the poison will remain in the weapon without a need to re-apply between doses of the poison. The Hasu may choose which of his poisons he wishes to apply, and may only apply one per weapon.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Jīngyīng Zhòngdú Tiāncái
    Requirements: Xià Dú, 2 Point Training
    Description: The Elite of the Elite, those who have mastered Xià Dú, can be said to be the elite masters and the true inheritors of the Hasu clan. One who has this ability has mastered the arts of the Hasu clan with ease and fluidity. Thus it should be known, that after learning this bloodline limit, the user can learn One Handed as a bloodline limit. The One Handed Seals bloodline limit, is a pinnacle cornerstone of this bloodline; letting them freely run around in this world as the secret poison Masters that they are using one handed technique mastery. This bloodline limit changes then from Elites into Masters.

    Bloodline Limit Name: Dúyào de Hūxī
    Requirements: All Bloodline Limits learned, 2 point training
    Description: It has always been known in the clan that there exists a special body when one is fully capable of using all the bloodline limits of the clan. Their saliva, blood, and body emit poison, almost radiates it unnaturally. However, when this limit is learned, they breath also becomes poison itself. Many of those that have reached this point, have to put on a gas mask or some form of mask to stop them from breathing out the poisons in their body as it has seeped into their very being.

    Name: One-handed Seals
    Requirements: Five point training
    Description: A simple ability that people can never agree on the usefulness of, this is effectively the ability to make hand signs for jutsu with merely one hand. Rather obvious by the name really, but what can you do.

    Background:

    Vaulkor was born 70 years after the great catastrophe ended, and as with most of this era, one of many children as the human numbers had dwindled. He was born to Hiroto Hasu and his loving wife, Okina Hasu, both still in their younger years and full of life and joy. They cared for and loved their only son, as after having Vaulkor, Okina could never have a child again; due to birthing issues. The world was vastly different for Vaulkor as he grew up compared to his parents. In their time, they had seen a more militaristic life for the village and in some ways that was still true, yet it was different. There were less anxiety and fear from the new races that started living in the five elemental nations. There were fewer restrictions for Vaulkor when growing up, he enjoyed a free lifestyle that many had always wanted. However, due to his upbringing in the Hasu clan, he was also taught many different vocations that he may pursue in life. He found many but did not like any of them until an unfortunate event occurred with his mother.

    His mother was found to have a disease that left her bed ridden. Although she could see feel and hear, she could not talk or move. It was something that the impressionable Vaulkor took very hard during a young age. At the point of seeing his mother slowly withering away, he was left with a desire to help her and those that were like her. This event would cause Vaulkor to become one of the greatest shinobi of the village. His vocation of choice from that point on was to be a medical doctor, however when his aptitude for being a ninja was found he became a medical ninja.

    At the age of 12, He had learned mundane medical techniques from professions using salves and solvents to heal people. And it was time for him to go to the Ninja Academy of Konohagakure. He said his goodbyes to his mother and left the little world of Hasu behind. Although Vaulkor was talented in Medical techniques, he was sub par with almost everything else. But he cared little for learning anything but medical applications of chakra. However...at the academy everyone needed to learn the basic techniques that all ninja use. As a result, Vaulkor was consecutively left behind for four years and only after that did he become a Genin under a medical specialist. After another two years, he had learned many applications of medical techniques as well as using mundane means if his chakra had run out.

    At the age of 18, he entered the Chunin exams, although not many knew him most were jeering as he was the oldest one out of the bunch. However, he completed it without any worry; due to his bloodline coming from the Hasu, as not many people knew of the Hasu clan's existence at all. After becoming a Chunin, he had grasped not only Medical techniques but poisons as well. Becoming formidable compared to many Chunin of the time. As he evolved he gained the recognition of the Hokage as well as the village and became a Jounin; directly skipping a rank for specialized individuals. After the death of the Hokage, he was elected to lead due to his vast fame and courage in the village. Not only that but his medical expertise and a rather less fighting more healing attitude.
