Name: Blood Activation Type: Ijutsu Rank: D Range: N/A Requirements: N/A Description: This is more a series of medical techniques than full blown jutsu. It allows for the user to expel a small amount of charka to ignore the pain of minor to moderate injuries, stabilize themselves if dying (even if knocked out) or delay the effect of poison by a post. Repeat, this is stabilization, so it would stop the onset of an infect or stop bleeding. It wouldn't stop a killing blow. Name: Heart Activation Type: Ijutsu Rank: C (Kin) Range: N/A Requirements: Blood and Muscle Activations Description: A dangerous technique for those whom don't have a lot of experience in ijutsu and good chakra control. It is one that allows for the complete control of one's own heart. By accelerating it they can give themselves small boosts in stamina. They can also use this to counter heart disorders they may suffer from. Name: Battle Fortification Type: Ijutsu Rank: B Range: N/A Requirements: N/A Description: Protecting oneself is smart if you are to last in drawn out fights, this should be obvious. This technique provides a degree of protection, though this is more aimed at the weaker points. Using this on a person will provide moderate protection to the body, about that of a light suit of metal armor. The joints would receive heavy protection as if heavy armor is worn around them. It will also make them incredibly hard to stun or knockout with shear force. After its use, whoever has this on them most spend D rank chakra to maintain it. Name: Healing Punch! Type: Ijutsu Rank: B/A Range: N/A Requirements: Non-serious or emotionless personality, Mystical Hand/Final Affliction C-rank at least Description: Float like a butterfly and sting like the bedside manner of Mother Teresa. A medic's job is never done with fight happy people, but sometimes one's patient can't help but summon one's ire. Or maybe you need to covertly heal your enemy before you and them gang up on someone else. Regardless of the very good reason you surely have, this jutsu is capable of sending healing energy into the receiver in a good, vindictive manner. For the most part it works like Mystical Hands, but the A-rank version gets rid of the slight sting left after the hit - though the healing energy tends to soften the blow anyways. Can also be used to send an uppercut or gut punch that forces the system to eject toxins like Final Affliction, though this less-than-kind manner leaves the receiver vomiting the toxins. Still it's not quite as good as Mystical hands, the true healing power a rank lower than the level used. Isn't as directed either because it's more like giving someone a shot of magical healing power and hoping for the best, but a faster application process - targets injuries closer to the area of impact. Name: Chakra Scapel Extension Type: Ijutsu Rank: B Range: N/A Requirements: Chakra Scapel Description: An upgrade of Chakra Scapel, it allow you to increase the overall length of it. It can range from the size of a dagger to the size of a no dachi, costing a small amount per foot added. This is added onto the original jutsu. It retains all of it's properties and can be broken by techniques that can break chakra structures like this one. The chakra cost becomes reduced when a weapon is used as a medium, the chakra coating it and adding to the biting edge as it extends a foot away from the item. Name: Scapel Whip Type: Ijutsu Rank: C/A Range: N/A Requirements: Chakra Scapel of the same rank Description: A simple technique, it allows one to create a standard sized whip with the properties of the Chakra Scapel technique. Anything that can be applied to it can be applied to this, if it would make sense. Though this is the same rank, it costs slightly more chakra due to it's length. It's length can be increased for a small amount of chakra per foot, but that increases the difficultly of wielding it. Which will make hitting vital spots more difficult. The chakra cost becomes reduced when actually utilizing a whip or kunai attached to wire. Name: Surgeon's Sword Type: Ijutsu Rank: A Range: N/A Requirements: Chakra Scalpel, Chakra Scalpel Extension, Margin of Error Description: A must have for any ijutsu user that focuses on closed ranged combat. It uses the extended blade version of Chakra Scalpel and the aura properties of Margin of Error to create a sword you can use ijutsu effects through. Both offensive and support abilities can be used through it, if you use the latter it deals no damage. Otherwise it cuts as cleanly as a Chakra Scalpel and it cannot cut the surface of something at the user's will. It's typically the size of a great or buster sword, but can be as small as a short sword. Name: Muscle Activation Type: Ijutsu Rank: B Range: N/A Requirements: Blood Activation Description: Momentarily increasing the flow of chakra to your muscles, you give yourself a temporary boost of physical prowess. For one post you are counted as having an additional amount of points in taijutsu equal to your points in ijutsu for the purpose of physical statistics. This doesn't mean your overall skill in taijutsu is increased however. Name: Knock Silly Type: Ijutsu Rank: D/A Range: N/A Requirements: N/A Description: Surrounding your hand in energies that disrupt the body's equilibrium, you swing at the enemy's head. If this hit them they will become dizzy, one post for the D rank version and for the rest of the topic for the A rank. This is natural, so it can be fixed regularly. You can do this with any sort of physical strike. Name: Soul Activation Type: Ijutsu Rank: A (Kin) Range: N/A Requirements: Blood, Muscle and Heart Activations Description: A last ditch effort of sorts, this cannot be consciously activated. When in critical condition, this immediately activates, taking the appropriate amount of chakra (A ranked). They will immediately stabilize, begin regenerating at a moderate pace, and damage taken will be reduced by a small amount. This will drain a small amount of chakra each post after the first, and will stop when the user is about at half potential. Of course if they don't have enough chakra this can bring death earlier. Name: Heavy Burden Type: Ijutsu Rank: C/A Range: N/A Requirements: Knock Silly Description: Similar to Knock Silly, but much worst as it fatigues the target. If the target is hit by the lower ranked version, they will become tired for one post but will quickly recover there next post. The higher ranked version will exhaust them for the entire topic. This is natural, so it can be fixed regularly. Name: Kusare no Jutsu - Corroding Technique Type: Ijutsu Rank: C/A/S Range: N/A Requirements: N/A Description: A technique made in opposition to the Mystical Hand Technique by an irate medic-nin who was always mocked by real ninjas, and for some odd reason was forced onto many spy and sabotage missions. This technique was at first made as a subtle way to destroy someone's body over a period of healings originally, intermixed with uses of the actual healing techniques so it become unexplainable as to why the person eventually suffered multiple organ failures. Rather than exciting the cells into faster growth, it furthers their mortality without reproduction or replacement of the cells, causing larger strains on those left behind as well as to deteriorate tissues and organs. Not originally intended for battle use, upon skin it pierces through and immediately kills off some tissue or causes internal damage in the area of connection. Name: Health Vampire Type: Ijutsu Rank: C/A/S Range: N/A Requirements: Shousen and Kusare of the same rank Description: Getting into close quarters combat is risky enough, so many ijutsu users use a questionable technique to keep themselves alive. This is like a combination of the two skills required by it. If you touch someone successfully after using this technique, it will deal damage to them and heal you an equal amount. This continues until contact is broken. You can only hold this technique for 2 posts after activating this. Name: Speak With Dead Type: Ijutsu Rank: B (Kin) Range: 2 meters Requirements: N/A Description: This unique jutsu allows you to speak with a corpse or earthbound spirit. To activate you simply point at it, engage the need chakra and say a phrase one would normally say before addressing someone with questions. You may ask it one question per rank, but it doesn't have to answer any of them. It will start friendly, but it's attitude will change depending on if it's alignment is opposed to yours, and other factors. Name: Kikan Haretsu (Organ Rupture) Type: Ijutsu Rank: B Range: N/A Requirements: N/A Description: This legendary, harmful medic-nin, even more upset at the mocking, created more techniques to disrupt normal functions in his friends. When out of battle and with great control it is possible to actually cause the internal organ to explode with the force of this jutsu, and he often used it under the guise of aiding their internal systems. On the battlefield though a medic will thrust their hand at their opponent, and upon contact will send a spear-like injection of chakra through the assailant to disrupt normal organ functions quite painfully. While it can also be used to disrupt muscle functioning of limbs, is generally applied to the organs for its better effects, leaving them quite tender without medical treatment. Name: Silent Render Type: Ijutsu Rank: B/A/S Range: N/A Requirements: Organ Rupture for A/S, My Permission Description: More offensive Ijutsu veer towards causing internal damage while leaving the outside with at most a bruise and Silent Render is no exception to this choice, choosing to attack mostly bone. The B-rank version is clumsier in battle much like the Organ Rupture jutsu, as in battle it can do one of two things: first case scenario is that when the palm slams against the opponent the underlying muscle is overstressed by the chakra that pours in and causes constant pain with each move or jostling of the limb. However if the fingers instead jab at the opponent in a vertical strike, the chakra pierces deeper to chip into bone enough to cause an inch crack so long as it's an arm or leg, or is the spine or rib cage on a fit person rather than a chunky one (for once blubber being a decent defense). In this instance the pain is a constant presence in the forefront of one's attention. If one should know Organ Rupture, then it supplies the main principle for the higher ranked versions, though causes the name to be a bit of a misnomer. The higher versions pierce deeper than the original to cause a deeper crack in bone, sometimes leading it to completely shatter an inch around the strike point. At this rank+ there is always a distinct and small crack noise heard, dramatic tension of the moment making it always audible despite whatever ruckus is going on (unless deaf, but maybe even then through vibrations/plothole). At the S-rank version it's possible to shatter an entire bone as the chakra spreads to cover it before slamming through the bone.
